ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

  1. You can return your online purchase to our online store for a refund.

  2. Refunds will be issued directly to the payment method used for the purchase once the items have been received and processed by us.

  3. We will email you when we receive your return and again once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be completed.

  4. If you are returning your order for a refund due to a change of mind, all items must be unopened and in original condition. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

  5. If you are returning your items due to a manufacturing default please email us prior to returning so that we may provide you with shipping information. For faster processing please provide us with a picture of the problem as well as a brief description of the reason for your return.

  6. Our online store cannot process exchanges for change of mind, in the event of wanting to exchange a product due to transit damage or manufacturing default please contact us by email so that we may assist you manually
